Deposit/ Delivery fees

1. Booking fees are to be paid immediately, when equipment and dates have been reserved. BUCKING HULL will not hold any dates for equipment without a booking fee (£50) paid.
2. Deposit/Delivery fee Payment link will be sent via text message (uk number only)
3. The booking/admin fee (Deposit) comes off the total and is normally non-refundable, as it secures your slot against other bookings and covers the cost of the admin and other preparation work that goes into your hire. We will, however, give a refund if we have to cancel for any reason. If you cancel, you can still carry the booking/admin fee over to another booking within 6 months of the original hire date. (Unfortunately this does not apply if booking is cancelled within 48 hours of hire slot.)
4. Rearrangement of your hire depends on the availability of the equipment you booked and if unavailable to hire you will be offered something similar to your original equipment that you'd booked with us.
5. Sizes of our Equipment are visible on each product listing, therfore, if we arrive at your venue and the equipment doesn't fit the full hire fee will be required to be paid. If unsure on a equipment size for your chosen venue you can contact us here 07534 810983 where we can try to offer recommendations and/or soloutions.
6. Any Delivery fees must be paid at least 24 hours before your event.

Delivery Of Equipment

1. All equipmet MUST be paid for upon delivery or prior to your event.
2. Upon delivery the hirer must sign our hire agreement and pay any remaining balance when accepting delivery of the assets. BUCKING HULL will NOT deliver any assets without the final balance paid either on delivery or prior to event date as in accordance with the above booking fees and charges.

Cancellations

1. If the hirer cancels giving us more then 7 DAYS notice the deposit will be held for 6 months towards your rearranged/future booking or refunded
2. Cancellations within less than 7 DAYS notice will sacrifice their deposit/booking fee/delivery charges.
3. Cancellations within 24 hours, prior to your event, will be liable for the full payment of your hire & the hirer will be liable for any recovery costs also incurred.
4. We do reserve the right to cancel if heavy rain is present and/or wind speeds of over 24mph on the day of your hire and we will keep your deposit on hold for 6months for a rearrangement or future booking unless refund is requested.

These prices are equivalent to approximately £1 per mile travel each way
