Terms and Conditions for Rodeo Bull

This unit will be supervised at all times by our employees.

Below are terms of hire with regards to BUCKING HULL and the hirer:

BUCKING HULL:

Our operators remain in charge of the unit at all times.
Our operator are competently trained to ensure the unit is operated in a safe and sensible manner.
Our operator will control the equipment and ensure riders abide to the rules.
Our operators can refuse to allow attendees onto the equipment if they appear to have consumed too much alcohol to use the equipment safely.
We can provide the use of disclaimer for each rider to sign, please let us know if these are needed.

Hirer:

The Hirer is aware injuries can and have occurred on these units.Injuries are caused by misuse by the rider.
The rider must abide to any instructions given by the operators.
Understand the equipment cannot be operated in wet or extreme weather.
The hirer must make any suffers of back problems and neck problems aware they must not ride the rodeo bull.
Pregnant ladies cannot use the equipment.

It is the Hirers responsibility to arrange supervision of the children during setting up and packing away.

Do not allow the children to touch the equipment during setting up and packing away.

BUCkING HULL can not be held responsible for children getting hurt on our equipment during setting up and packing away.

We reserve the right to refuse hire in the event that the Hirer or the Hirer's property is deemed unsuitable by us.

All persons using Rodeo bulls & other inflatables do so at their own risk. The person/organisation hiring the equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage, loss or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.These guidelines are for the safety of all people using the equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to. BUCKING HULL cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.

By hiring the equipment, you are agreeing to these terms
